Job Description

  • Respond to requests for systems access and technical support via email & phone
  • Provide onsite technical support for staff (ensuring printers, laptops, desktops, phones, etc. are functional and accessible)
  • Administering Office365 accounts (onboarding & offboarding staff, executive, campaign staff, candidates, etc.)
  • Tech support for central NationBuilder site to ensure its functionality
  • Posting events and sending emails via NationBuilder

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows, Office365, NationBuilder
  • Fundamental grasp of databases
  • Attention to detail & customer service skills
  • Background in tech support is an asset
  • Experience in conservative politics is an asset
