Statement from Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown on the nomination of Gary Bennett

“I congratulate Gary on his nomination as the Ontario PC candidate for Kingston and the Islands.

Gary brings a breadth of experience to our Ontario PC team. He served the citizens of Kingston as Mayor for two terms, and for the past 13 years has been a business owner in the community. I know Gary will work tirelessly to ensure families in Kingston and the Islands pay less and get ahead.

“After 14 years in power, life is harder with the Liberals. Ontario families are working hard, paying more, and getting less. Ontario deserves better. It’s time for a change in Ontario.

“In Kingston and the Islands and across the province, the Ontario PC Party will continue to work hard for a better future. I look forward to working with Gary as part of our Ontario PC team as we share our positive message of change.”
