Statement from the Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown on the nomination of Jane McKenna

Statement from Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown on the nomination of Jane McKenna as the Ontario PC Party candidate for Burlington:

“I congratulate Jane McKenna on her nomination as the Ontario PC candidate for Burlington.
“A long-time resident of Burlington and former Member of Provincial Parliament, Jane understands the challenges her community faces. Through her experience as an elected representative, a business owner, and her involvement in local charities such as My Community Matters, I am confident that Jane will be a strong representative for the residents of Burlington.
“After 13 years in power, life is harder under the Liberals. Skyrocketing hydro rates are unaffordable for both families and businesses. Cut after cut to health care services has meant more time waiting for care, and taxpayer dollars continue to be wasted.
“In Burlington and across the province, the Ontario PC Party will continue to work hard to earn the trust of voters. We look forward to sharing our positive message of change for a better Ontario.”
