Statement from Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown on the nomination of Robin Martin

“I congratulate Robin Martin on her nomination as the Ontario PC candidate for Eglinton Lawrence.

“Robin has been highly active in conservative politics in Eglinton-Lawrence for over 20 years, and has diverse experience as a trial lawyer, a senior advisor to a minister, and as a public affairs consultant. I look forward to having Robin’s experience on the Ontario PC team, and I know she will work hard to find solutions that will allow people and businesses in Eglinton-Lawrence to thrive.

“After 13 years in power, life is harder under the Liberals. Skyrocketing hydro rates are unaffordable for both families and businesses. Cut after cut to health care services has meant more time waiting for care, and taxpayer dollars continue to be wasted.

“In Eglinton-Lawrence and across the province, the Ontario PC Party will continue to work hard to earn the trust of voters. We look forward to sharing our positive message of change for a more prosperous Ontario.”
